The access is in the national forests and wilderness areas, including north cascade east slopes, blue mountains and Selkirks. WA has far more hunters than OR so expect company. But verify in the regulations which units are open for the general season. Eastern WA is a 3pt minimum for bucks on the general OTC tag, so it's not a controlled tag.
